Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective.

• The wrong product was received.

• The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products

• Personalized items

• Digital products

• Gift cards

• Products damaged through customer misuse

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged based on product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping costs will be covered by AlphaMart116.store. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
